whenever i try to load the game i get to the press start screen and it asks me to log in and it says im not connected to xbox live and wont let me play. i exit out of the game and my xbox live is working fine. i can play it on xbox one cuz i got it on there to see if it would work and its fine. but i still cant play it on xbox 360. what can i do to fix it.

    Try deleting and redownloading worked for me with Game of Thrones. Also if you have the demo that can muk up TellTale games My free ep1 one of Wolf Among Us has never played well since I bought season pass.

    Try disconnecting Xbox Live.

    Can you please clarify if the error message states that your are 'Not Connected to Xbox Live' or 'Cannot connect to Telltale servers'?
