Help error downloading episode 2

Hi, so I recently played TWD again because I loved it that much but before that I downloaded season two and purchased episode 2 but then I deleted season 2 accidentally. After completing season 1 again I downloaded season two again and after finishing playing episode 1 of season 2 I wanted to restore my episode 2 purchase. I did click on the restore purchase and then it told me to download but here is when I started to experience the problem. So first of all the download was really slow and when it reached over 30% it said error downloading please connect device to network. It said something like that I'm not 100% sure. So I tried again but the same thing happend. I then switched my iPad off for a few minutes and switched it on . I then went on the game but the same thing happend. It went to 99% but then same problem. Can you tell me how to fix this please?

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download Episode 2 successfully.
