Why wasn't Jack, Woodsman, Toad, or Collin at The Crooked Man's trial?
They're apart of the Fabletown community too. And Jack probably would have some things to say.

Because the plot didn't demand it.
Nobody trusts Jack at a matter that series and Toad and Collin are supposed to be up at the Farm plus they aren't important enough citizens to have a spot there.
Because Glamour
Jack was busy scrounging torn purses for phone numbers, Toad locked himself in his bathroom so he could sing loadsamoney in private, and Colin... Colin was thinking on how he can pull off the perfect convenience store heist ever conceived by Pigkind.
I believe they said something about people who were directly involved only, and Jack, Toad and Colin never really had much bearing on the overall case.
Jack had a Pantene hair commercial that day, Toad was out cursing the name of Bigby Wolf and Colin was playing poker with some random dogs in my apartment.
What I'd like to know, is where the bloody devil Gwen, Hans or any of the pudding and pie peeps where at. Can you imagine? Now that would have been interesting to hear at the trial.
well no one trusts jack, toad had nothing to do with it plus he shouldn't even be outside and colin escaped the farm the only people who know about him are bigby and snow and he really had nothing to do with it

Jack didn't have any involvement, Toad doesn't have a glamour and Colin isn't meant to be in Fabletown.
But you see Jack waiting on line at the Business Office after the Crooked Man's trial.
Jack was probably already dead.
