Telltale games not on Wii U. Why ?
I love Telltale Games and all of there games from the Walking Dead to Game Of Throne.
But as a Wii U owner i would love to play these games on it with the gamepad.
So Why TT games are not ported on it?
You could argue "it's not selling well", but TT Games are on PS Vita that's selling worse. And eShop Games are selling well on Wii U.
So Why ???

The lack of third-party support for the Wii U and M rated games not doing as well on there would be my guess. Not 100% sure on that last part. I know the former is a reason a lot of third-party games don't end up on the Wii.
There was TT games on the first Wii (like Sam & Max ), but i don't know if there was enough sells
It probably has to do with their bad experiences with releasing games on the Wii. Nintendo had a size limit on WiiWare, so they cut corners to get games out there (most noticeably by reusing character models). Then they tried to sell games as a finished season at retail, but they didn't sell well on the Wii. Those factors probably make them reluctant to spend the money to port their engine over to a platform that is less popular than its predecessor (it would be a hard sell to their investors when their games didn't sell well on Nintendo's much more popular platform).
I'm OK with Wiiware being a very bad digital plateform, but eShop is much better, from consumer and from developper.
There is many testimony of development studios who claim that they are succesfull on eShop, and much more important, thay are selling better on eShop than on Steam or iOS.
Remember back when you couldn't use SD cards and you couldn't even have all episodes of Strong Bad on your Wii at the same time? Does where the days.
Actually i think i know the answer to this, a year ago the developer of Uncharted series said that basically its too costly/difficult to program on that console, its just not worth the money, whereas the Sony Playstation and Xbone are both on the same basic architectures. This is why 3rd party Game Developers won't code on the WII & WIIU unless Nintendo pays them off ie) TECHMO
So, why do we have so many independent studios that are making games for the eShop. They don't seems to complaint about programing on it. I don't think it's the problem.
Here is a list (non exhaustve) of games that are on Wii U on in development on it.

I maybe have an idea on Why. I could be the episodic nature of TT games that could lead to some technical problems with the eShop.
