Mac user having trouble with saved progress

To Whom It May Concern,
Hello. It appears that my saved progress won't load anymore.
And I also never got the game to play on a full screen.
I've attached the link as the instructions:

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks

My apologies, if you are unable to play the game in Full Screen please try the workaround suggested by another player using Mac OS 10 Yosemite, below:

    1) In System Preferences, select Displays, then select Scaled - More Space to change the screen resolution to very detailed.

    2) In System Preferences, select Dock, then deselect 'Automatically hide and show the dock', to be able to click on the bottom of the screen.

    3) Start up the game and run it in windowed mode using the Mac shortcut (Command + F).

    4) You should now be able to see the main menu now and change the screen resolution to one that fits the window.

If you are experiencing trouble loading your save progress, can you please clarify what Episode you are currently on, and if you are at a certain chapter in the Episode, or at the beginning of an episode? When you choose to continue your game, do you receive an error message?

  • Hello. Thank you for your prompt reply. In regards to the display I've performed the instructions as explained. However, when I press the full screen option on the game setting, the screen has some serious glitches. And when I press the (Command+F) the screen shrinks again.

Currently, I'm on the fist chapter of Episode 5. I didn't receive any error message, but when press on play I can't find my saved progress as an option. Instead I only see three blank slots that displays (New Game).

After looking over your support tool information, I cannot seem to find a reason your save files are not being read. Can you please clarify if you ever exited/closed the game, or did the game happen to crash during an autosaving or loading sequence?

The game doesn't crash when I save the progress.
However, all of the saved progress on the slots appear as a blank slate.
Currently, the slots all display the 'New Game' sign.

My apologies, unfortunately my only other potential solution would be to uninstall and reinstall the game (make sure to keep your save files during the uninstall) and then start the game while connected to the internet to ensure you receive the latest updates/patches for the game, and see if you are able to see your save files.
