Xbox 360 retail disc glitch Season 1, Xbox 4GB Slim console

Hi! I'm having the lagging problem with the retail disc and the Xbox slim. Sorry if this has been answered, but is there anything I can do? The game is almost unplayable :(

    Were is the support for this title? I have been sending emails,been on Facebook as well as calls and have heard nothing or have been responded to. I would like to play the series, but can't because of the same above issues. I am on a original Xbox360 console..not a 4 gig slim by the way.

  • I followed TelltaleMike's instructions and contacted Support, and have ticket ID #36676 open for the 4GB slim stuttering issue also.

    Any suggestions?

    My apologies for the delay in the response of Support, we have had an overwhelming amount of support emails after the launches of Tales From The Borderlands and Game of Thrones, and they are working hard to answer every one. If you have not heard back yet, you should be hearing back soon.

  • Would like to add the ticket number from the original case also 'Ticket 37114', If they read that email it will explain my issue with the retail disk.

  • I have received a response to my email on 01-10-15, I followed the link and it has fixed nothing. This game is totally unplayable like this, what else can be done?

    Does your original xbox 360 have a hard drive, or is it an arcade unit with no hard drive? The problem exists on consoles with no hard drive attached.
    The solution is to download the form Mike linked, fill it out, provide proof of your console version and purchase, send it in via email and wait, which is what I'm doing.

    anjilslaire: Thanx for the info, but what link were you talking about? I only had a clear the cache link for my console, which were basic steps already taken, before I bothered to get on here. I've done that multiple times with multiple games, even erased it form my console. All no good. I am on a original console with a 250 gig HD,with plenty of room to spare. I think that there is something wrong with this game. Im dying to get into this series but I ain't gona start from episode 2..lol

  • There's a form to fill out of you have no hard drive on your console, which causes the slowdown & stutter. If you have a 250gig hard drive when that's a different issue. If you're playing from a DVD make sure you delete any downloaded episodes you have on the hard drive.

  • Thanx again anjilslaire. They have finally sent me the link you were talking about, so I followed it and replied with all the reqiurements. Now I'm just waiting to get into this game. Have you played the Wolf Among Us yet. I am thinking about picking that one up to, after this.

    Sent in my information as asked and proof of purchase by email and certified mail also. No on has bothered to pick up that specific mail. What could be taken so much time that I have'nt been contacted after following the email from warranty support? We are in April now..just saying.
