How do I save?
Sorry for such a basic question, but I can't figure out how to save, and exiting I get a message I will lose all unsaved progress. How do I save?

You don't. It autosaves for you.
There's a spinning wheel with 'saving' next to it at certain points in the game, it's autosave as opposed to manual save...
