Server Unavailable

Hi, I recently purchased Tales From Borderlands on my Xbox 360 and when I booted it up I tried signing into my Telltale account to no avail. It keeps saying "Sorry, Telltale servers are not currently available. Please try again later." It's been saying this for over a week and is very frustrating. What can I do to sign in? Also I'm from the US region. Please help!

    My apologies, can you please clarify if you are connected to the internet through a wired, or wireless connection? Also, can you please clarify if when you are filling out your email/username and password, that you are pressing the Start button to sign in, or are you pressing A on the 'Sign In' button on-screen? I recommend trying both, and see if one or the other allows you to sign in successfully.

  • I'm connected to the internet through wireless. I press the button A when I try to sign into my account, I just tried pressing the start button and it doesn't do anything...I looked at my storage for TFTB and don't see any title update, is there one for this game? And if so how do I download it? It doesn't ask for any update when I sign into Xbox Live and play the game. I'm still receiving the "Sorry, Telltale servers are not currently available, please try again later" message and it's been doing this for 3 weeks now.

    We are currently looking into an issue where some Xbox 360 players are experiencing difficulties logging into their account, and/or connecting with the Telltale Servers. I recommend restarting the game a few times, and you should be able to connect successfully.

  • Sadly I've restarted the game a good 20 times. Rebooted my Xbox 360, and try to sign in every other day with no success. I've tried signing in over 100 times and it never works. I guess I'll be missing out on this and the locked player choices.

    Please note that we are still currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution soon. Unfortunately at this time I do not have any updates on the issue.

  • Hay, I'm also having the same problem but I was wondering will the choices I have made still go onto ep 2 even if I could not sign in to so my choices, does the game still save them?

    Please know that your choices are stored safely within your save files, while we are still working on resolving the issue where you are unable to see them currently.
