Strong Bad DVD

I sent an email to the support address several days ago, and haven't gotten a reply, so I am posting my problem here.

Whenever I play my SBCG4AP DVD, everything works fine until I play any of the content in Shorts, Trailers and Behind the Bad, as well as the Credits. All of those things suddenly become muted. I have checked the TV and speaker system, and every other DVD works fine. I was wondering if someone can tell me what I can do to fix the DVD, or if I will need to send in the DVD for a replacement. Thanks!

    Can you try it on your computer or a different DVD player, to confirm it's an issue with the disc and not with your setup?
