Can't load cloud save on different console

i have 2 Xbox 360s and when I cloud-save on one console I can't load the save on another. The 4 save slots are all labelled as "new game". I tried copying my save file from the cloud and saving it locally, but the same issue occurs. My other games do not have this problem. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

    Please make sure that you are logged into the same Xbox Live profile on your other Xbox 360, and also make sure that when you start the game, that you are selecting the cloud storage, and not your storage device to load the saves from. If you still experience the issue, please make sure you have updated both Xbox 360's to the latest System Software so that they are both able to use the same save files successfully. You can also try disabling Cloud Saves, then re-enabling Cloud Saves from the Storage Settings Menu, then try again and see if the saves import successfully.
