Game of Thrones mouse lag

This is pathetic - telling everyone that he has too slow hardware etc... Obviously with so many people having issues with the speed of the mouse it is simply poorly programmed - because I have no issues or lags with the display of graphics. I really hope there will be a fix or you could simply remove the annoying countdown timer giving people the proper time to react .... I played the first episode saying nothing or things I didn^t want to say most of the time because of the slow and imprecise movement of my mouse - that is really annoying. Or you could just add a feature to select the answers by the number keys. That could make the game much more enjoyable for many players. Thank you

  • I, like all the people before me in this thread, am having the same problem with laggy graphics, mouse control, and constantly repeated voice acting. I'm sure it's a problem with my dedicated memory, but just to be sure, here are my GOT Support Tool results:

My apologies, there doesn't seem to be an issue with your system, or file structure setup. Can you please clarify if you have tried updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest version? Please also try unplugging any extra USB devices other than a keyboard and mouse, then retry that point of the Episode, and see if your issues are resolved.

I'm also having issues on a Surface Pro 2, 256GB 8GB RAM. It didn't have the same problems with Wolf Among Us. The mouse is lagging and then speeding up to compensate, half the time I can't even select a comment in time let alone complete all the action sequences!

I've tried bluetooth mouse, corded mouse and surface pen (slightly better but doesn't work well with the other controls).

I apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately the Windows Surface Pro 2 is not an officially supported device to run the game, as it uses an integrated Intel graphics card, which we do not recommend for using when playing our games. I recommend either try playing on a computer that meets the minimum system requirements, or contacting our Support Staff for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests if you purchased the game from us.

My apologies, unfortunately my only other potential solutions would be to try running the game As an Administrator, or in a Compatibility Mode, and see if your mouse cursor issue does not occur when playing in those modes. (For Compatibility Mode, we recommend Windows 98/ME)

Unfortunately after looking over your Support Tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your computer is currently running at 64mb of dedicated memory. Your computer uses an integrated Intel HD graphics card, which we do not recommend using for our game, as they tend to run under minimum specs. I recommend either trying to update your current graphics card's drivers to the latest version, and see if you are able to play, or try playing the game on a computer above minimum system requirements, if you have the ability to.

You can also try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting, and then continue the episode, and see if your issue is resolved.

Loving the game, but the audio keeps stuttering, repeating the last word of the last sentence and audio not matching the video in the beggining of each chapter. But mostly the problem is the mouse issue and not existing the keyboard option for making choices

I also experienced a mouse lag (already in the main menu). I could finish the first episode, but it was quite annoying and sometimes I didn't click the answer I was trying to hit.
It would be great if I could play the other episodes without this problem...
