I've gotten reminded of the bus window at least 5 times this year, and a few people have even told me I "was really weird in Middle School..."

There are lots of things that look like that. Rest assured that if the FBI thinks you're viewing child pornography, they won't be fining you $400. Rather, $400 is about what it will cost you to replace your front door.
Some ransomware/viruses look like this, so it is definitely worth running a virus scan/clean on your system. If you don't already have something like that, Sophos has a good one. Go to https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools.aspx and download the "Virus Removal Tool."
