How long should I receive the game after purchasing the PC game?

I live in Hong Kong.

If I purchase the Tales of Monkey Island, when will I receive the game?

Is there any shipping charge for that purchase? If yes, how much is it?

If the game is not working, what should I do?

    You will get the game instantly as soon as you buy it, unless you're talking about the DVD at the end of the season.

    Hi lifeofwing,

    When you order ToMI now you get the downloadable version of each episode as soon as they become available (roughly 1 per month).
    As soon as the season is finished (and Telltale had a month or two to actually produce the discs) you'll get the option to purchase a disc version for only the costs of shipping.

    Most questions have been answered by the others.
    In order to see how much shipping is you could put a Sam&Max DVD into your shopping card and proceed until shipping is shown. That's right after you have entered your Address. To Germany it's like 10$ therefore i don't think it will be much to Hong Kong either.

    If you have trouble running the game you're welcome to make a topic in the support forum and you'll be helped. If you don't get it running at all you can get a refund. Telltale is really fair about that.

    You could also try the demo first if you're afraid there may be problems running ToMI on your computer.
