"coming soon" glitch.

So I try to install episodes and it is tagged "coming soon", and I have the multipack. I'm on iOS.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased the Multi-Pack, and are seeing any episodes showing as 'Coming Soon', please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to see the episodes as available to download, and download them successfully.

  • Hi i also have purchased the multi pack and been experiencing the same issue
    Things i have tried:
    Closing and opening wifi/ipad and the game
    Deleted and re installed the game (4 times)
    Changed the language(just been firing blanks since nothing else worked.
    The games been awesome so far but i couldnt download the 3rd episode, so i e mailed support and someone from the telltale tech told me to delete and re install the game and now i cant even download the second episode. İ truly wish to play the game but nothings been helpfull so far and as an early buyer of multipack this disturbs me
    Hoping for some solutions thank you

    My apologies, if you are seeing 'Coming Soon' in-game, can you please clarify if you were connected to a WiFi network connection when attempting to resolve your issue? If you were, I recommend you also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if you receive a better connection, and are able to see the episodes as available to download.
