"Network unavailable"
I have a problem with downloading episode 3. It downloads to 63% and then the error message "network unavailable" comes up.
I don't think that it is a problem with my WiFi because I can go on the internet without a problem, I've even streamed things.
I had the same problem with episode 2 but then after a few hours I could download it.
But this time I've waited for more than 24hr.
I've read all the support stuff you've written here and I've tried closing the apps, restart the ipad and turning my wi-fi on and off more than once and it. still doesn't work.
What should I do next?
I have the iPad 3 and I bought the season bundle.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. If you have tried closing all of the apps running in the background, and resetting your device to clear the cache, my only other potential solutions would be to try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if you receive a better connection with our servers, and are able to download the episodes successfully. You can also try deleting and re-downloading the game application from your iPad 3. (Please note this will delete any save data you have saved in-game)
Mike if i delete my game and re download it will i lose my multi-pack that i bought
Your Multi-Pack purchase is associated with your Apple account, and when you re-download the app from the App Store, you should still have your Multi-Pack in-game. If you do not, you can go to the Episodes menu, and tap the 'Restore Purchases' button at the bottom, and your previous purchase of the Multi-Pack will be restored to your iOS device.
