GOT Season Pass Fail
I bought and downloaded Episode 1 of the GOT series. I then bought a Season Pass in anticipation of Ep. 2. I went to download Ep2 and my Xbox won't let me. It only says it's "purchased but not downloaded". When I go to download it will let me into the download screen but doesn't give my an option to initiate the download. Also, there's a circle and slash symbol next to the option, as if I'm barred from having the game I purchased. WTH man?

Exact same problem. This is completely, utterly bogus. Makes me wonder why I keep trusting TTG to come out with things that work correctly when I KNOW they won't. Please fix, guys! I really wanna like your games, but I can't play them, even after I throw money at you!!!
Please remember that Episode 2 didnt come out until a day after you posted this. Hope this helps.

I bought the E1 of GOT and then bought the season pass. is there any way of getting my refund for the first $5 I paid?
The first $5 you paid should've been for the game/chapter one I'm pretty sure. Then the season pass is $20 so if you spent $25 total you're all good.
I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Episode 2 was not yet available at the time of the original post in this thread. It released Wednesday, February 4th. If you have not yet tried again, you should now be able to successfully download and play Episode 2.
@Unbeknownfool Please note that the Season Pass for Xbox includes Episodes 2-6 of Game of Thrones, and Episode 1 is sold separately. You were not charged twice for the first episode.
