  • You guys suck so bad when it comes to customer service. Seriously the game has been out for 2 months and still there is not 'my choices' option. Get it together guys, or drop your prices.

    We are currently looking into an issue where Xbox players who have linked their games to their Telltale accounts, cannot see their choices.

  • These guys don't care. This is how they've been for many years now. They really don't care about customers. I'll probably be banned for speaking the truth, even though I've bought everything they make on console and on PC. They love our money, they just don't love supporting us.

  • Finished Episode one today and no choices showing for me either. Can't seem to find it anywhere on my Xbox One and weirdly the game isn't even showing up on my list of games on my telltale account...

    My apologies, we are currently still looking into the issue where 'My Choices' pages are not showing up correctly for Xbox players, and hope to have more information on an update soon. Please note that while we are still looking into it, your choices are safely stored within your save files.

    • signed into Telltale Account
    • Played Part Six of Episode 1 again
    • no "My Choices" in Main Menue
    • "no choices yet" here (http://www.telltalegames.com/gameofthrones/episode1-choices)
    • started Episode 2 today, also not showing my choices from episode 1, not just in the recap, also while playing
    • while logged in to Telltale Account and being online, also "no choices yet" on website and not Choices in Menue after completing Episode 2

  • Same here too I live in the U.S. and I had Got and Tales from the borderlands two months ago I started my telltale account on tales from the borderlands and it passed to GOT still I can't find My Choices page on GOT I have My Choices on Tales From The Borderlands but not GOT

  • I would like to point out that I just finished episode 2 and still cannot see my choices. There is no choices tab (I could see my choices in Borderlands though) and I was expecting this to be fixed by the time I played and completed the second episode. Why are we not seeing any updates on this for us xbox one users?

    But to get this straight, there is no way to see your choices in the game itself, like with every other game Telltale has made? WHY!?

  • Ok just completed episode 2 on Xbox1(US), and yes a few of my choices were not carried over, but in regards to the my choices tab it does not appear in game which is quite frustrating and when I go to my account on my iPad its basically pointless since it doesn't link to any games. I bought both episodes the day they launched.

    Will un-linking my XBL account HELP? I really don't see the point in having a telltale account other than to come to the boards and talk about the issues

  • The my games section on the telltale account only shows PC games apparently but it sucks that you can't see your choices either. They really should have fixed this by now as I think it's linked with the fact my choices haven't carried over to episode 2.

If you are currently experiencing this issue on Xbox One, can you please clarify what region/country you are currently located in, if you are using a wired or wireless connection, and when you played through Episode 1? (Did you play through Ep 1 when it released, or more recently?)

    • Wireless, which was connected the entire playing time.
    • Bought the game (episode 1 only, I bought the season pass when episode 2 released) through the Xbox One store page.
    • Played through when it initially release on Xbox One here.
    • I linked the telltale account before finishing the game.
    • I replayed the final scene with Ramsay several times thinking the game may have just bugged the first few times.
    • The choices menu never appeared in my game.
    • I've tried un-linking and re-linking my Telltale Account as the choices don't show on the Telltale GoT page either.

    Live in Brazil. Just finish the Episode 1 and have the same issue. I want to buy the season pass to start the episode 2 but with this problem's better wait, otherwise will not make sense play the game if the sequence will not know what I did before.

    I'm using a wireless conection and played episode 1, as I sayd, today (Feb/15).

    Hope this get fixed VERY soon! I have nothing to do with this, just payed and wanna play the game without worry.

    We have submitted a patch to Microsoft to resolve the issue some customers have experienced with their choices data not carrying over. We expect the patch to be released in the next 7-10 days and I will update This Thread as soon as it is available. After you download this patch, your Choices/Stats data should then successfully upload to our servers, and allow you to see them/carry over to the next episode.

    Can you please clarify if you are able to see your Choices page in-game, but your My Choices page on this website does not update with your stats/choices? Have you made sure to update the game to the latest version?

    Still not fixed. Are there even any people working on this problem? Choices "page" in-game is present but the website does not update. At what point is it supposed to be updated? When I complete an episode? When the save games are synched in the cloud? When I boot up the game next time? Getting that info from you could help the community identify where the problem lies if you're not up to the task. I'm sorry for the annoyed tone, but it's been 4-5 months now.

    Edit/Addition: I'm playing the PC version if there's any doubt.

    Can you please clarify if you are able to see your Choices page in-game, but your My Choices page on this website does not update with your stats/choices? Have you made sure to update the game to the latest version?

    Can you please clarify if you have linked your Steam account to your Telltale account either from the in-game method, or from your Telltale account's Settings page? If you go to your account's Settings page, are you able to see your Steam profile as successfully linked? If you have everything linked, and you are still not seeing your Choices page update, you can also try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies for this website, then re-log in to your Telltale account, and open the Choices page and see if it updates.

    If you still experience the same issue, please reply, and I will be able to assist you further with updating your Choices page on the website.

  • It's linked, yes. And it doesn't work in any browser, and it's not an issue with the cache. I have already checked all this. This also seems to be a common problem.

    Your choices should be recorded as you play the game, and then synced again at the end of the episode. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any access points created from your Telltale account to the database that records your choices. Could you please read this Sticky on how to run our Support Tool, and follow the steps to run the tool, and reply here with the download link copied and pasted into a reply?
