Bl2 items still not showing up
Again, I got all the bounties and all the achievements on steam (I did get them online). I'm still not getting the Borderlands 2 items. I have the game installed currently, and I clicked on the download button so many times on the bounty items. I have a working SHiFT account that I still use. And yes, Telltale Mike, I did email a full, detailed report to support@gearboxsoftware.com (with pictures and links as proof). I emailed them 3 weeks ago and did not get a single reply or notification. Im still pretty frustrated at that. What am I supposed to do now?

I apologize for the delayed response, unfortunately we are unable to unlock the items for Borderlands 2. If you have unlocked all of the bounties and achievements while online, and Steam was not in Offline Mode, you will need to contact support@gearboxsoftware.com for further assistance regarding this particular issue. If you have not yet heard back yet, you can try resending the email to them, or replying to the original support email you sent them.
Did you get your Borderlands 2 items, ImoutoSwag-Chan? I have the same problem here.
