Can't get S2 with Season Pass
I have the season pass - the game even says so. It sends me to the marketplace (xbox one) to download ep 2 and it goes to the one that wants me to pay $4.99. I can find no way to download Ep2 for free now even though it's paid for. Please help.

Having the same problem here.
So as a means of troubleshooting I tried uninstalling the season pass - thinking reinstalling would help. Now it wants to charge me again for the season pass!!!! Something needs to be done to fix this or I want a refund for the season pass. This is unbelievable. I don't have this issue with any other of your games. Please advise.
I was thinking of removing the season pass, guess i know not to try that. It would be nice if they would comment on this.
tbf most of the people having issues with this , are the ones who never bought the season pass in the first place, they did the free install thing which, sorta makes their claim invalid
I too am having the same issues with not being able to install episode 2 , but have the pass it is installed and all that. I even went to a microsoft agent to try and make amends and that didn't work it out. I want to know what the problem is.

If you are currently experiencing this issue, can you please clarify if you are able to see the Season Pass in your Purchase History on the Xbox Marketplace? If you are seeing Episode 2 as $4.99 after purchasing the Season Pass, please try logging into your Xbox Live account on the Xbox Marketplace website, and do a search for 'Game of Thrones - Episode 2: The Lost Lords'. It should come up in the search results for Xbox One, and should say either 'Purchased' or 'Free' if you have already purchased the Season Pass. If it still says $4.99, please try going to the Marketplace on your Xbox One console, and search for the Telltale Collection. Then once on the collection store page, go to the 'Add-Ons' section, and see if Episode 2 shows up there as 'Purchased' for you.
