Refund?

Is there anyway I can get a refund? I've had enough of telltale doing this kind of stuff and don't feel like waiting weeks just to play a game I was already suppose to be able to.

  • I second this I want a refund now. I'm sick of how the games are always broken when they are released on Xbox one. First it was TFTB (which was finally fixed) and now game of thrones which it's been 2 months the and to this day episode 1 still hasn't been fixed and now we can't even play episode 2 because of how buggy it is and how the choices won't carry over, this type of stuff wouldn't happen of they actually tested their games more. And now on top of it all Telltale has gone silent and is not even giving us updates on how progress is going on fixing the problems.

  • Agree with you 100% James the lack of information coming from telltale in regards to this issue is extremely frustrating.

  • This is stupid, I don't think the testers are even trying anymore, I'm still suprised that this even passed cert testing, what a joke.

  • I am so glad I am not the only one, this is ridiculous that it makes me not even want to buy anymore games from them anymore. The part that bugs me the most is that Telltale won't even acknowledge the problem and when they fix It, they will try and act like nothing happened. They truly don't care about there fans at all, it's just about the money

  • I agree. If our choices won't be carried over, I'd like a refund. I'm not playing this if the whole core mechanism doesn't work.

  • The trust that was earned from TWD season 1 and 2 with me (never had an issue with either), has been completely lost on this game. At this point I'm concerned as everybody else, either fix the games problems (choices not showing up, black screen after completing the game), or offer SP holders a REFUND

    Yet, here they are posting about how awesome the game is all over twitter and facebook, maybe if they stayed off of facebook and twitter long enough, they can get something done. -_- You know what game wasn't buggy? Life is Strange and you know why? Square Enix has developers that actually checks bugs before the game is released!

    I would like my money refunded while I STILL get to keep the game. This is unacceptable Telltale.

    I apologize for the delayed response, and any difficulties this has caused. For those still experiencing this, we are currently working resolving the issue, and hope to have an update on a resolution soon. If you are still currently experiencing this issue, can you please clarify the Country/Region you are currently located in, whether you are connected to the internet via a wired or wireless connection, and when you played through Episode 1? (Did you play Ep 1 when it first released, or more recently?)

    Since the problem seems to be both episode 1 since "my choices" won't come up for many of us, are u saying we should delete everything, episode, season pass, savefiles, and start from scratch? And what about those who can't finish episode 2? I was hoping playing through episode 2 would fix the problem with this new policy of having to connect ur TT account to ur Xbox Account since that seems to be the major problem, and I was actually able to get through the entire episode, but sounds like most people will experience that the game will freeze at the end.

    The Website is even broken because when I go to ttg.io/me it just sends me to my profile and doesn't show any choices I've made. Can we expect the same problem with Borderlands episode 2?

  • I played through the first episode signed onto my telltale account on the first week it came out. Once I got episode two and the preview showed the wrong choices, I replayed the last part of episode one (this was a few days ago) .Then in a moment of desperation I unlinked my account and replayed the whole episode yesterday. Both save files say continue episode after I finish. I don't know if that's normal?

  • Deleting everything and reinstalling even after a power cycle couldnt fix the black screen issue for myself or others, I wouldnt waste your time or data, they need to patch the actual game
