Season pass not working.
I have the season pass installed, and confirmed as purchased in the 'episodes' tab in-game, but when I select episode 2, which says 'purchased, but not downloaded', I'm taken to the Xbox store where it says buy for £3.99 and in the text warns not to buy if you have the season pass or I'll be charged again? What should I do?

I'm getting the same issue. How did you fix it?
I haven't
I'm still waiting for advice from Telltale support. I looked at my email receipts for recent purchases on Live, and I don't see one for the GoT season pass, so I'm wondering if I was even charged for it, which may be why it isn't working. I bought a few things at the same time like Life is Strange, and the Peggle 2 bundle, so I'm not sure what happened.
At this point, I'm inclined to just delete the whole GoT stuff, and just avoid all Telltale products from here. It's just not worth the hassle, especially with the choices STILL not showing from my episode 1.
Your issue sounds a lot like my own. Does the Season Pass show up under GoT when you view it under the Games & Apps section and choose to Manage the game? You should see the Episode 1 base install and then the Season Pass. In my case, I see both, but my game doesn't recognize it as being installed and if I go back to the Marketplace to try to redownload/reisntall it instead of saying Download Again it is showing the price and trying to charge me again.
I didn't think to check my email receipts, good call on that. Will have to go see if I can track mine down. Find this all a bit frustrating, just want to play the next episode.
I apologize for the inconvenience. The Marketplace was updated so that the Episode can now be downloaded from within the game. Please start the game again, and you should be able to go to the Episode downloads menu from in-game, and Episode 2 should update to show as 'Purchased but not Downloaded'. Please then select that episode, and you should be taken to the proper page to download the episode.
Yeah, it shows the season pass in the Manage Game screen and the in-game episodes thing. I thought the download may be corrupted, but I just don't know.
As I said, it still takes me to a store page with "Buy £3.99". I'm assuming that if I select that, then I will be charged that amount.
Also, as I still don't have the choices option shown on the game menu, I'm dubious as to whether my progress will be properly represented in Ep.2.
same issue here, had not joy from microsoft and telltale wont respond, fkin joke
This is not fixed - still prompts to pay for something I have already paid for. I tried uninstalling the Season Pass and reinstalling - but I can't even reinstall that because it NOW wants to charge me AGAIN for THAT. Please get in touch with MS to get this fixed.
My apologies for the delayed response, and any difficulties this has caused. Can you please clarify if you have updated both the game, and your console to the latest version? Have you started Game of Thrones while connected to the internet so that you receive the alert to update the game?
As far as I know my game is fully updated. I"m on xbox one always connected to the internet and it auto updates. I just tried again last night and it still says purchased but now downloaded, when I click download it takes me to the xbox store and wants me to pay 4.99 for the episode.
I've done all of the above.
Can you please clarify if when you purchased both Episode 1 for $4.99, and the Season Pass for $24.99, that both of them show up, and are visible in your purchase history? Also, if you sign into your Xbox Live account using a computer and search for 'Game of Thrones', do Episode 1 and the Season Pass say 'purchased'?
It has been a week since the game was released and I still can't download it. I like many here have done all that was mentioned above. Can we please get this episode already
My apologies, can you please clarify if you are able to log into your Xbox Live account on the Xbox Marketplace Website and do a search for 'Game of Thrones', does Episode 2 show up as 'Owned' or 'Purchased', or does it also say '$4.99'? If you click on the Season Pass, are you able to see Episode 2 within that page as available to download?
No u are not, that's what I've been trying to tell you, xbox support, telltale e-mail support, your twitter your facebook. Even if you have bought episode 1 and a season pass and manage to download episode 2 from in-game you get sent to the same page as if you have not bought the season pass. It even says "do not download if you have a season pass", and it seems to be a coin toss if it will charge you or not. I was one of the lucky ones where it says just to install and won't charge me for it. But the problem is that you do not get sent to the proper page, and you haven't even released it in the add-on section of Xbox Live you have to search for it manually if u can't get to it in-game. And a small % of people are able to get their savefile to transfer to episode 2, some with season pass some without, but the people who are lucky enough to get their savefiles to crossover will not be able to finish the episode. The only way to finish episode 2 is if you play it with default choices. And the problem dates back to episode 1 because the link the game tells u to go ( ttg.io/me ) does not work it just sends you to ur profile page. So if you want to see your choices you have to go here http://www.telltalegames.com/gameofthrones/episode1-choices. But even with a linked up account when I go there it says I haven't made any choices. And I've checked with several people and some say that only 2 or 3 choices pop up there and those are the people who are able to continue with their savefile (though they are not able to finish the episode). So you are not only dealing with a broken ending for episode 2, but there is something wrong with the Xbox One version of Episode 1 aswell and it has been broken ever since it was released. We just didn't notice it because episode 2 wasn't out yet. The good news is that if you check your choices in Tales From the Borderlands online, those choices are availble (though the choices u can view are diffrent from the ones that are in-game). So the problem seems to be limited to Game of Thrones and that you have to link ur xbox live account to your telltale account to view your choices.
And yes if you go on the xbox live market place it says that you've purchased everything if u've gotten the season pass or bought them individually. This is not a region problem, because both episode are broken for everyone.
so just a thought, could anyone whose having this problem post an image of their purchase history with the season pass showing
Bought season pass for borderlands. Updated xbox last night and now it wont let me play. It says I don't own the first episode
My apologies, please note that the Season Pass for Xbox One includes Episodes 2-6, and Episode 1 is not included in the Season Pass. As stated in the Season Pass Description section:
