nz brought season pass but wont download

in Game of Thrones - PS3 Support

hey brought season pass for episode 1 wont let me download then tried the demo and episode two could download them but not coming up under the games please could someone help me out cheers

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased the Season Pass for your PS3, you will need both the Demo/Trial of Episode 1, and the Unlock Key (1-2mb size file) from the Playstation Store in order to unlock the full game. Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed both of these files.
