Turtle Artifact?

I'm trying to pry out the Turtle Artifact
with the crowbar
but it won't budge....any clues?

    You'll need to find someone a lot stronger to help you. Someone large and close by... :(

    Ah, I see, I guess I should give "HIM" the crowbar?
