Episode 2 unavailable

I bought the season pass for my kindle, it keeps saying episode 2 is coming soon. I've already tried deleting and downloading the whole app again but to no avail. Any idea how to solve this?

  • Yeah it's not showing up on mine either, I'm really upset because everyone else I know has already played it.

  • They haven't stated a release date for the Kindle version of Episode Two yet. I'm in the same boat and get your frustration!

    Episode 2 is now live to download for Kindle devices. If you have not yet tried today, please start the game application while connected to the internet and make sure to update it to the latest version. After updating the game app, start it again, and Episode 2 should be showing as available to download in-game, and you should be able to download it successfully.

    It still says Coming Soon! for episode 2.

    Any clarification on when you will fix this?

    Can you please clarify if you have updated the game app on your Android device to the latest version? (Version 1.24) If you have not, please do so now, and Episode 2 should change in-game to available to download.

    After the weekend it displayed as available again, however it gets stuck on "Updating Content - Downloading From Server"

    If you are becoming stuck on the Updating Content screen, please make sure that you have force closed any and all applications running in the background, as well as try resetting your device before attempting to download the episode again. You can also try resetting the internet access point to make sure you are receiving the strongest connection possible when downloading the game. If you still experience the issue after trying these suggestions, please also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if that connection is stronger with our servers, and allows you to download the episode successfully.

    Please also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if that connection is stronger with our servers, and allows you to see Episode 2 as available to download.

    If you still experience issues after trying this, please try deleting the game application from your device, and re-downloading it from the Google Play Store, and see if you are then able to download Episode 2 successfully.
