I keep meaning to play this, it looks amazing. I just wish they'd bring it out on Vita.
One of these days, Alice, one of these days...
Man, I loved this game.
Anyway, if Telltale got their hands on the property I doubt they would remake it, they'd most likely make a new story either based off the previous patients of Neil Watts and Eva Rosalene, or concentrate on the other doctors that were shown in the minisode.
By the way, did you hear they're coming out with another minisode?
It is amazing its have a very wonderful story line which will make you cry at some point i hope you play it in future
yeahh man mee too me too thats why i wanted a remake of it with same story mayb or better one
and nope i didnt heard it so when did they gonna come out With another minisode?
Yeah, Kan Gao confirmed there would be a second minisode that I'd guess would be similar to the "Sigmund Corp. Holiday Special".
He also confirmed it would be out sometime next week. As well he's said it will be pivotal for the plot.

haha i thought the same thing.
Only in the 50s or whenever that show was made, was it acceptable to make jokes about domestic violence. How times change.
What's that from? I remember playing Sam & Max and whenever you went to the moon, Sam would say this to Max "To The Moon Alice."
Whats the gameplay and story in this game like, I've heard a lot about it.
I'll just copy what's on the Wiki.
Sigmund Corp. uses a technology that can create artificial memories. They offer this as a "wish fulfillment" service to people on their death beds. Since these artificial memories conflict with the patient's real memories, the procedure is only done on people without much time left to live.
Sigmund Corp. employees Dr. Eva Rosalene and Dr. Neil Watts are tasked with fulfilling the lifelong dream of the dying Johnny Wyles. Johnny wants to go to the moon, although he doesn't know why. The doctors insert themselves into an interactive compilation of his memories and traverse backwards through his life via mementos. With each leap to an important moment in Johnny's memories, they learn more about him and what brought him to his current position in life. Upon reaching his childhood, the doctors attempt to insert his desire to go to the moon. Supposedly, Johnny's mind would create new memories based on that desire, and Johnny would die believing he lived without any regrets.
However, Johnny's mind does not create the new memories as planned. Dr. Watts and Dr. Rosalene must solve the problem to fulfill Johnny's dying wish of going to the moon.

It's from a popular old 50's TV show call The Honeymooneres. The husband get frustrated by his wife, Alice, and his catchline was "One of these days, Alice, one of these days, *pow *zoom to the moon. I couldn't find a clip of just that - but an example of their spats:

The bit that got me was near the end, where the importance of "The Moon" to Johnny becomes clear (trying to avoid spoilers). That really hit me hard.

Want to hear something interesting, apparently in the 70s he was friends with Richard Nixon, and he said that Nixon took him to a army base in florida and showed him space aliens.
SAUCE
So aliens are really a real
I don't know, but i do know they probably are. Just so many stories out there to be all lies.

For those who want to know the second DLC episode just arrived today.
Does anyone know any games similar to "To The Moon"? I'm addicted to these little pixel games.
Always Sometimes Monsters is pretty cool as well.
I got the game when it was on sale but haven't had a chance to play through it all yet... but wow. The parts I've played up to are really good, this is an excellent story. Can't wait to finish the rest of the game

If you have finished it, make sure to check out the two DLC episodes which are both in the files.
thanks for info.
I just finished it (took awhile, I know :P) and wow.
Definitely one of the best stories I have ever seen in a game or in general. All of Act 3 had me speechless and hooked.
I'm curious though, what exactly is A Bird Song and Finding Paradise? Are those the sequels or what?
A Bird Story is kind of its own story that sets up the sequel (which is Finding Paradise) in A Bird Story you'll play as a kid who will grow up to be the patient in the second game. Finding Paradise hasn't been released yet and I wouldn't expect it for a while.
If you want to find the two DLC episodes for To The Moon right click on the game in steam, select properties, go to local files, hit on browse, click on either of the Minisode files and then click on the one that has a little image.
