I want to believe, but I doubt it's true. Any decent modder can replace a few text strings and images in the game files. Besides, like @OzzyUK said already, there would be something on Steam Database. Unless this thing is in VERY early stages and even voice actors don't know about it, but I highly doubt.
PS. Looking on the bright side, maybe developers are gonna notice the desperation of the fans, and actually consider making a DLC episode at some point in the near future, who knows...
Well, as much as I wish this were real, the cursor doesn't move at all and the fonts are different. Additionally, keep in mind the image is totally static whereas the episode title cards have multiple images that slide around in layers.
I'm gonna say more: I honestly think 2 things about this:
1) We are seeing a leak of early development of this DLC
2) It's a cruel hoax

If this was a press copy and there was a DLC it should show o… moren the Steam database and there are no signs of any updates on there, if it was a internal leak from Telltale it would be very easy to find who did it as their username is "James W".

It's fake. It looks like a photoshopped or modded image with TWAU menu music playing behind it. The video's short length makes it less convincing as well.

They may be trying to sell it as an early development, but I'm still not buying that it's real unless I have a reliable source of proof.

I guess it's a oversight on their part, i saw lots of fakes when waiting for TWD season 2 so it's easy to spot others.
I have a feeling that when TWD season 3 gets released there will be lots of fake "leaked" choices and screenshots again :P

Not necessarily, upon first glance its convincing IMO. You have to actually notice some of the details before you can classify it as fake.
