It was taken down either because it actually is real and got leaked, or it was removed cuz it was fake. But the reason for it being removed cuz it is fake is to make us believe that it is real...
TellTale wouldn't bother trying to delete the video if it was fake cuz there wouldn't be a point; there are countless 'pointless or fake' videos on the net that don't get deleted...
With that being said, I think the videos deletion is to make us think "Something isn't right here..."
If it was real Telltale could try and get a video removed if they wanted to by contacting youtube but in this case the user removed the video themselves as this comes up when looking at the video
If youtube removed the video it would either say something about copyright or it would have a message like this
IMO it's a very bad fake and the person who made it is either trying to troll by making it look like Telltale removed it or they are annoyed that their fake didn't fool everyone. Like i pointed out before if this was a 6th episode there would be a arrow on the left next to Bigby to scroll back to episode 5 but there isn't one and also Bigby's head is darker than his body and it looks like you can see the background through him which is another obvious flaw is their video.

The 'special episode' is titled The Winter Wolf, but there are overwhelming signs that this is fake and just a hoax
