Season 2 Episode 3 Won't Install
I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which then forces me to play episode 1 and 2 again. I've complete through episode 2, and waited through the end credits. I downloaded episode 3. I tap install and it immediately brings me to the menu screen where the menu doesn't show "new" next to play. If I tap on episodes, it says episode 3 is installed. When I tap on play again, it asks me to restart episode 2, which, at this point, I have fully played 3 times while trying to fix this. Any help out there? I'm on an IPAD 2.

If Episode 3 is fully installed, can you please clarify if when you tap Play, then choose your save slot and reach the Chapter Select screen, that you are able to scroll to the right, where Episode 3 is located, then tap 'Play Episode 3' on the screen?
I too have this issue, and when I force the game to let me try to play episode 3 all I get are blank choices
@Jester1313 Can you please clarify if you successfully downloaded and installed Episode 3, and are able to start the episode, but without your saves? What do you mean by 'force the game to let you play'? Could you clarify the process you are taking in order to play the third episode?
@ Milke, I have successfully downloaded and installed episode 3 but none of my choices are there and all I get is I have to completely redo the second episode. I have tried doing the third episode but all I see when I have to make a choice are "this choice blank" so therefore I cannot continue any progress
My apologies, if you are seeing 'This Choices is Blank' in-game, please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully play Episode 3 without seeing the blank dialogue choices. Unfortunately if you still experience the issue, it sounds like you may have received an incomplete or corrupted download of Episode 3. I would then recommend deleting Episode 3 from the game, and re-downloading it.
