Let's not confuse the issue by lumping problems together. I'm no expert, but I suspect confusing/conflicting reports can't help speed the process!
What? Did you even read the links? They describe both major issues which are apparently being patched this week.

Thats the exact issue we were facing.. nobody was confusing the issue. Just drawing attention, which is what you would have read had you actually clicked the links and not stopped when you read "save bug". TelltaleMike on Friday confirmed the upcoming patch will fix the bug.
"We have submitted a patch to Microsoft that will resolve the black screen at the end of Episode 2 issue, that some customers have experienced. We expect the patch to be released in the next 7-10 days. I will make sure to update the Xbox One Choice Data Issue Sticky as soon as the patch becomes available."

My apologies for not replying in this thread sooner. As @wr91ef stated, a patch was submitted to resolve this particular issue for Xbox One users. If you are experiencing your choices not carrying over, or if you are experiencing a black screen at the end of Episode 2, your issue should be resolved after you have downloaded the patch when it goes live. Make sure to check out This Thread, I will update it when the patch is live and available to download.

Can you please clarify if your Ep 1 choices also carried over for you, or did your Ep 1 choices always carry over for you from the beginning? Were you able to see your Choices/Stats page successfully with all of your Choices?
For those of you experiencing this issue, please make sure that you have downloaded the latest patch available for the game, and then restart the last chapter of Episode 2, and the episode should now complete properly with your Choices/Stats page, and not become stuck on a black screen.
My choices carried over before the patch on my first so can't comment on that issue beforehand but I had no issue starting a 2nd playthru, choices imported and finished with no problem after the patch

I've downloaded the patch and can confirm the issue was fixed for me. Finally shows the end credits

Played yesterday, everything went smoothly. Checked for the choices tab afterward just to be safe, everything is in order.
