Purchase Restore (Android)?

My Girlfriend bought the season pass for season 1 and 2 on android. she then broke her phone and got a new one. she re-installed both seasons but it is asking her to buy them again? is there anyway to get them back again without having to pay for the season passes again?

    I apologize for the delayed response, and any difficulties this has caused you. If you are unable to get your previously purchased episodes to restore, please try proceeding through the purchase path again, and as long as you are logged into the same gmail account that you purchased the episodes with, you should be alerted that you have already purchased this episode before, and then you will be alerted that you can download the episode again for free. If you are not alerted that you have already purchased this item, please check your purchase history, and/or contact Google Play Support for further assistance regarding this issue.
