cant install ep. 3 no smokeing sign.
Purchased season pass and cannot install ep. 3. When in the download section of GOThrones ep. 1-2-3-4-5-6 the recintely realeased ep. 3 is unable to install. All I get while clicking the download is nothing, with the exception of red circle slash no smokeing sign. Please prove me wrong as have heard many greavansies realaiting to telltale costumer service. A rapid response would be appreaciated I work too hard for my money to spend it on items i cannot acsess. ty TyQ

Thread: Episode 3 Unable to download
I got the season pass and it is telling me Episode 3 is purchased but not downloaded, however when i go to download I am seeing a "do not" symbol, like for no smoking or the Ghostbusters. Went through every issue with Xbox support and they said it may be a Telltale game issue. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and the symbol is still there.
Any ideas how to fix this or is this a known issue being worked on?

I am also having this problem and there seems to be no answer. I have plenty of storage space for it. There is no reason why I should not be able to download.
This seems to be a common problem with the xbox360 version. I am disappointed that there seems to be no solution and no help from telltale.

If you are seeing it as available to download in-game, it is in error, and you should not be seeing it as such just yet. Same thing is happening to me. Really wish Telltale would get their act together because I've been having trouble downloading every game of thrones episode.

Episode 3 was not yet released for Xbox yesterday, but will be available today! Please check the Xbox Marketplace for Episode 3, and if it is still not yet available, check back in an hour or so, and it should be available to download.
