I apologize for the delayed response. Can you please clarify if you have tried creating a Telltale account, and are unable to connect, or have you been able to create an account and connect once, and you are experiencing an issue re-logging in a second time to your account inside the Xbox 360 game?

Hi, I am having the same problem. Every time I try to sign in it says the same thing - cannot connect to the telltale server. The same thing happens on Tales from the Borderlands as well. Also I can't view the choices I have made at the end, it just goes straight to credits.

  • I have exactly the same problem.
It is weird because I am able to connect to this website through my xbox.

If you are experiencing the issue, could you possibly take a screenshot/image of the error message you are seeing when trying to connect to our servers?

  • In the menu, when I click Telltale Account and then Join or Sign In, after filling up the form, I get this message :
"The game is having a problem communicating with the Telltale server. Please visit http://ttg.io/cs for more information."

Is it possible to get episode stats without signing in?

    Thanks.

If you have already played through the episode, and you have already linked your account at least once, you should also be able to see your Stats/Choices by logging into your account on this website, and going to your Game of Thrones Choices Page.

I'm having the same problem, actually. The photo of the error is through the link below. Also, I wanted to thank you for your quick response to the problem I had with Tales from the Borderlands. Now I just have to catch up...

EDIT: On second look, the My Account section of the website seems to suggest I'm linked up with my Live account, so I'm not sure the error is supposed to be showing up.

Can you please clarify if you are connected to the internet through a wireless internet connection, or through a wired connection? If you are currently using a wireless connection, and you have a weak signal, you may not be receiving the best connection with our servers. I recommend try resetting your internet access point/router, then try again, and see if you are then able to successfully connect.

  • I am on a wireless connection, but the connection is full strength. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare CAT5 around to give it a go wired. Resetting my WAP was ineffective.

My apologies, I will make sure to pass your information along to the team for further investigation, unfortunately if resetting your wireless network access point did not resolve your issue, my only other suggestion would be to try restarting the game and connecting to our servers a few times, and you should be able to successfully get a strong connection after a few tries.
