Gold Cloaks replaced by Kingsguard?

When replaying Episode 1 yesterday (PC-Steam-version) I realized all Gold Cloaks in King's Landing had been replaced by Kingsguard, which seems rather weird considering there should only be six White Knights (including Jaime Lannister) in the entire city.

So, was this done intentionally or is it simply a bug?

  • But they did have one when the episode was first released in December.

Also some of the banners from the very first scene of the Red Wedding are now replaced with those of House Whitehill when originally they were all Stark and Frey banners. Again, intention or bug?
