Monkey Island Chapter 2 Activation Problem

Whenever I attempt to launch ToMI Chapter 2, and error message appears telling me to use my serial number to log in or use a Manual Unlock. I've attempted using my serial number, but that doesn't work either.

I tried disabling my firewalls, but I still wasn't able to activate my game. I e-mailed customer support a week ago (the day the game launched), but I have yet to hear anything back. I've checked my e-mail junk folder, and nothing was there, either.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this game working? Chapter 1 worked for me with no problems.

I also recently purchased the Wallace & Gromit game. Episode 1 of that works fine, but I'm having the same problems with Episodes 2-4 that I'm having with Monkey Island.

    I'm assuming it was done with a Manual unlock. If you can't activate the game via online methods (logging into your account or entering a serial number), follow the Manual Unlock request steps to receive a request code. Send that code to us (support@telltalegames.com) and we'll send you back an unlock code that will work even if you're not connected to the internet.
