Eps 2 Not working - PS4

I have been having issues with Episode 2 since it came out and was hoping there would be a fix before or even when episode 3 got released. Upon downloading episode 3 from within the game i tried once more to continue on with episode 2, and the same thing happens.
What happens is i select play episode 2 it load up and says " Previously on Game of thrones" then you hear swords clashing and the screen is black and that's it the sound of the swords clashing continues but the game does nothing.
I have read on the board to try and delete it and reinstall it which i did from the PS store. First i let the main game install fully with the other episodes and the update file paused then had each of the others continue in turn (episode 2 fully download and install then episode 3 download and fully install) ending with the update file. The same thing happens as before. I have even tried just starting up episode 2 from a new save spot and it won't even start that way either.
I then deleted it all again and i tried by downloaded the first episode and let it install then the update then downloaded episode 2 from within the game. I tried it under a new save spot and still the same thing happened gives the previously on game of thrones, then sounds of swords and yelling and a black screen.
I tried episode 2 by itself on a new save and same issue, tried episode 3 on a new save and the same thing happens get the previously on game of thrones then a black screen with shouting (episode 2) and just music (episode 3).
I tried episode one on a new save and it works fine no issues at all with it working only when i try to play episode 2 and also Episode 3 there seems to be a issue.
After each install and uninstall i shut off the PS4 and restarted it. Also note that every time in the episode tab it says the episodes were purchased and installed.
I think i have tried every solution you have mentioned in previous posts and have had no luck. I would really like to play this as i loved the walking dead games and loved the first episode but getting a little frustrated with the uninstalling and reinstalling trying to find a way to play the rest.
Oh and my PS4 is wired not going through the wireless, also have the season pass as well, also i am in Canada.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. It appears that you have already tried most of our potential solutions to resolve your issue. Unfortunately if you are still experiencing the issue, your save files may have become corrupted, and you may need to delete your save files, and start a new game. I recommend deleting the game, as well as the save file in the Save Data Utility folder from your PS3 XMB. Please also make sure that you have deleted the Game Data Utility for the game from the Game Data Utility folder on the XMB as well. Then re-download Episode 1, and start it to receive the latest update for the game. Then once you start the game, download Episodes 2 and 3 from the in-game Episodes menu, and start a New Game, and you should not experience the issue again.
