Problems with Downloading Season Pass
So I purchased the GoT season pass for my Xbox One, it downloaded, saying it was ready to play, but when I checked my games to go play, it wasn't there. I turned the console off and back on. Nothing. Did a hard reset. Nothing. Logged out and back in, nothing. So, I went back through the store to re-download and it said it was already installed and I couldn't install again. I went online to Xbox.com and it shows my purchase of the Season Pass. So, I decided to download the 2nd episode, to see if I could go from there. Once it downloaded, it also disappeared, as did the 3rd episode when I tried it. Episode 1 had a price on it and I wasn't about to re-purchase it. Even my hard-drive shows that they have installed as the space went down with each install. I would enjoy help with this issue, for there is nothing I can do.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The Season Pass of Game of Thrones for Xbox One is an Add-On to the original game, and includes Episodes 2-6. It does not include Episode 1. As stated on the games Description section on the Xbox Marketplace
After you have purchased Episode 1, Episodes 2-3 will show up in-game as 'Purchased but not Downloaded', and 4, 5, and 6 will say 'Coming Soon' as they have not yet released yet.
Ah gotcha. It's minorly confusing because I bought the Tales From The Borderlands Season Pass before GoT and on THAT season pass it says "Tales From the Borderlands - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5)". And I never had to purchase the first episode for that series, so I assumed it was the same for both.
Our Season Passes are set up on Xbox so that Episode 1 is always sold separately, and it is required to purchase it to access the rest of the Episodes, which are DLC to the game which is Episode 1. If you were able to download Episode 1 without purchasing it, can you please clarify if you purchased the Season Pass from the Xbox Marketplace on your console, from the Xbox Marketplace website, or from a third-party distributor?
