This discussion may sound stupid but I think the traitor could be a choice on the sentinel you pick if you pick Duncan that means Ser Royland is the traitor of the council.

eh, I dont think that's a tellitale style, this game isn't really that game in which player choices are important, before the end choice.
I wish but there's 0 chance. Telltale don't do branching storylines (Yet). I'm waiting to see what they do with TWD after the SO2 ending
They're making a dlc for the walking dead season 2

For the ultimate, crazy, never thought of, but could make sense in a twisted sort of way plot twist. The traitor could be Rodrik himself. Telltale played us all for fools.
I think it's the maester. He may even think he is doing it for the good of the house, but he also advised to give up Ironwood. And he is maester, he can easily send raven to Whitehill.
