Frozen after downloading episode 3

in Game of Thrones - PS4 Support

I've finished downloading and installing episode three but the game won't play at all. It just stops on the Press X to Begin screen, the music plays and the smoke flutters but isn't accepting aby input on the controller. Is there anything I can do?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are currently connected to the internet via a wired connection, or a wireless network connection? If you are connected wirelessly, please try either resetting your PS4, or resetting your wireless access point (router), then try starting the game again, and see if you are able to progress past this screen.

    Thanks for the response Mike, not sure what was going on really, I've reinstalled and everything is now working fine! Thanks for the help though!
