No sound
Please help the game has no sound after installing epesode three. I have turn my device off and uninstalled the game. I have reinstaled and there is still no sound.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which iOS device in particular you are currently playing on? Also, what iOS version are you currently updated to?
I have the same problem on an iPad Mini.
My apologies, please try closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully start Episode 3 with the sound playing properly.
If you still experience the issue, can you please clarify if you are currently playing on an iPad Air 1, or Air 2?
no, that did not work. I even uninstalled episode 3 to try to reinstall it, but that didn't help, and now I am also having problems downloading the episode again. No sound at the launch or when I try to replay an earlier episode. I am running an iPad mini 2, iOS 8.2.
Can you please clarify if you experience the same issue if starting the episode from a different unused save slot to see if you are then able to successfully hear sound?
yes, same issue. no sound at all even when trying to start from a fresh save slot.
My apologies, unfortunately if my previous solution did not work, my only other suggestions would be to go through the steps in This Apple Support Page to make sure you do not have your sounds muted in any way on your device, and if you still experience the same issue, you may unfortunately need to delete and re-download the game application from your iOS device. (This will unfortunately delete your save files in the process.)
