Help - I may have screwed up

Hope this makes sense –

Anyway, I did the jungle walk with the Hemlock’s map which wound up at the Marquis’ secret place and but I didn’t get in (which I see I could have). I assume I need to.
Is there any way to get back to there? I tried again with the flowers in the well but nothing happened so I’m a bit lost.

What can I do?

    The location should have appeared on the overview map once you have visited it.
