I am experiencing few lags during gameplay on iPad mini with retina display. Please resolve this issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and any difficulties this has caused. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully play without experiencing any lag/hitching.
If you still experience the same issue after my above suggestion, can you please clarify if you are playing on an iPad Mini 1, 2, or 3?

Some hitching or stuttering may occur during loading or autosaving sequences. Can you please clarify if you are experiencing the lag in a particular chapter/episode of the game?

Unfortunately if you are still experiencing the lag after attempting my above suggested solution, I would have to recommend make sure that the game app is updated to the latest version, and that you have also made sure that after you reset your iOS device, that you only open the Walking Dead game app, and no other apps to make sure all of your device's processing power is focused on only the game.
If you still experience the issue, my only other suggestions would be to delete and re-download the game app from the App Store (This will delete your save files in the process), or contacting Apple Support for further assistance, and they may have more suggestions on how to make sure you are getting the optimal performance out of your iPad Mini 2.
