Episode 3 Shown as Not Installed in Game
I've tried downloading the game from the PlayStation store or within the game and no matter what I end up with the same behavior. The episode shows up as downloaded with "waiting to install" showing on the PS downloads menu. If I restart GoT then it shows that it's installed, but it never shows as installed within the game so I can't actually play it. I have a season pass, if that matters.

I apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to download and install Episode 3 in a few different ways. Below are the 3 suggested ways you can download the Episode:
1) Download the episode from the in-game Episodes Menu.
2) Download the Episode from the Playstation Store by searching for 'Game of Thrones' then going to the Add-Ons list in the Store Page, and Episode 3 should show up on that list.
3) Go to the Playstation Store Website, do a search for 'Game of Thrones' and download the episode remotely from a computer, to your PS4.
If you are still unable to successfully download and install the episode, you may need to delete the already downloaded Episode 3 file from your PS4, then restart the download via the in-game download process.
I have done all of this and always get the same behavior
If you are still experiencing an issue in-game after downloading and installing the episode, please also try turning off your console, then turn it back on, and start the game while connected to the internet, and Episode 3 should update in-game to show as installed and allow you to play it by hitting Play at the main menu, and you will then be able to press 'Start Episode 3' on the Episode Select screen.
I have done all of this. I have even tried completely deleting the whole game and reinstalling each episode. Still, episode 3 will never show up as playable within the game.
I just tried again. This is getting a little frustrating. I buy a lot of your games and planned on buying more. It's been two weeks and I still can't play what I already bought. This makes me not want to buy season passes in the future.
Can you please clarify if you purchased the Season Pass with a Playstation account from a different region, or were logged into a different account when you started to download Episode 3? If so, you may need to change accounts to the one that originally purchased the Season Pass in order to successfully download and install the episode.
You can also try Restoring your Licences, then try downloading the episode again from the Playstation Store.
That restoring licenses thing seems to have done the trick. Thanks!
You're welcome, enjoy the game!
Thank you so much. I also had this issue and restoring the license worked perfect. Glad I finally searched for help. Getting my frustrated on my own.
