game screen small, won't login - Mac
Hi,
I'm hoping you can help me. I just downloaded and installed the game and when I open it the screen looks like it will be full screen for a moment before it flickers and then goes very small (about 1/10th screen size). Then I press start and it asks me to log in to telltale account. I put in my username and password (have reset password multiple times just in case) but it says it can't sign in and gives me the option to either signout or exit.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Telltale Account, please try restarting the game. Then after you have finished entering in your email address and password, instead of clicking 'Sign In', try pressing the Enter/Return Key on your keyboard, and see if you are then able to log in successfully, and play the game.
If you are seeing a small windowed screen of the game, please try switching the game to Full Screen Mode using the shortcut (Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game in Full Screen correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to fit the screen appropriately, and click Apply.
