Unlocking is not working

Hey
I bought sam & max episode 1 on sunday and dl'd the whole episode. I can't unlock them by logging into my telltalegames account nor activating using serial key. I tried emailing the generated reguest code, on sunday and still haven't received any response. Checked spam folder, nothing there. Please help me, can't wait for the game dvd to arrive vie mail. :)

    Just making sure that you do realize that you need to buy the entire season and pay shipping to get the dvd. As far as the unlocking you'll need someone from Telltale to assist you.

    yes I bought full episode which I think I clearly said there. Moreso why would I wait for a dvd to arrive if I didn't pay for it? And yes I am waiting for someone from telltale. thanks for the reply.

    What is confusing me is your use of the word episode which is one of only five games contained in the full season. You have to have the full season to even get the dvd (not just an episode) but it sounds like you do and are just saying episode instead of season. Just thought I'd clue you in to why I responded how I did.

    i would try downloading it and see if that resolves it. are you getting an error? if so whats it say exactly

    Telltalegames staff please contact me. Obviously my connection to your server is not working and I need to manually unlock the game. I sent you e-mail and got no response yet. Sent the e-mail on sunday and received confirmation e-mail that you received it. Haven't got any responce and I've checked my spam folder aswell.

    No my problem aint solved. havent got any emails yet and nobody from telltale staff is contacting me thro forums. Very unhappy with the service so far. If I wasnt getting the dvd I bought soon, I would be furious for this.

    EDIT: I dug up your support tickets and it looks like they were both responded to on the same day. Did you check your spam folder? I will send the unlock codes to you via PM. Hope this helps!
