Episode 2 Audio Bug
Episode 2, for me, is suffering from loud music during dialogue that cannot be turned down. I tried going to settings and lowering the music volume, but even at 0 it continues to play. It does adjust down when I turn down the master vlolume, but then I cannot hear the dialogue which defeats the purpose. A reset did not fix the issue either.
This issue is very distracting.

I apologize for thee inconvenience. Can you please clarify what scene in the episode you experienced this issue? Also, do you currently have your sound outputting to a 5.1 Surround Sound setting, or Stereo (Left and Right speakers) setting?
I'm also experiencing the same issue. I switched my sound output on the 360 from 5.1 Surround Sound (which must be the console default) to Stereo, but it didn't help. It's especially bad after completing the retinal scan, while listening to the messages left for General Pollux. The second message especially is near-impossible to hear, to the point where I had no idea what shocking revelation Fiona, Vaughn and Sasha were reacting to. Later when Rhys and Vaughn (and Jack) are in the desert, after the chase, I could barely hear Vaughn at certain points.
I haven't played beyond that scene, because I'd like to play again from the beginning of Chapter 2 once the issue is fixed. Turning down the Music Volume to zero, as Dacheesdog said, doesn't have any effect, the music remains at full volume. It is possible to turn on Subtitles, but I'd rather not do that if it can be avoided.
I'm hope there's a quick fix for this, I'm very excited to get on with Chapter 2!
My apologies, can you please clarify if you have tried rewinding/restarting the episode again and seeing if the issue occurs a second time? Also, have you tried deleting and re-downloading the episode from your console, then restarting the episode?
i have the same problem, both in episode 1 and 2. in 1, from the race starting till the end there was overbearingly loud music. in 2, after sporking the eye, until restarting.
I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Can you please clarify if restarting those portions of the episodes was able to resolve the issue for you, or did you still experience it after restarting the game?
