Patch Required and Episode 2 Issue
Hi. I'm experiencing two issues with Tales from the Borderlands.
The first issue: Every time I open Tales from the Borderlands or switch menus, the Patch Required dialog box appears, even though the game has been patched. Downloading and running the patch presents a dialog box stating that the game is up-to-date.
The second issue: On the Episodes page, it shows that I have a season pass, but only Zer0 Sum is listed as installed. The remainder of the episodes are all listed as purchased/coming soon.
Note: I downloaded and reinstalled the game earlier today (and restarted my system) after experiencing issues with the patch (it not downloading and then not working).

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which patch you downloaded? There was a small time frame where the wrong patch file was up on the website, and caused this particular issue to occur. Did you download patch1.0.2.0 or patch2015.3.12.1138? (You will see it in the file's name) If you downloaded and installed 1.0.2.0 and are experiencing this issue, please go to the PC/Mac Patch Thread and download the New Patch file for your computer. Then double click the file to install it, and you will be able to see Episode 2 as available to download from in-game.
It is the most recent patch. I did everything yesterday prior to posting the original message. Thank you.
I've fixed it. I uninstalled the game and downloaded it and the patch again. Apparently, the third time is, indeed, a charm.
