Download

I own season 1 and 2 but for some reason I am unable to re download season 1 it is trying to charge me 19.99 again. How can this be resolved? I would really like my game

    To download telling me to connect my device to the Internet when it all ready is none of the other episodes had this problem though

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download the episode. (You can also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if that connection is stronger with our servers, and allows you to download the episode.)

  • Hi, I'm having this problem too, i have spent alot of money on these games for it not to work, i have turned off my ipad 3 for 10 mins, have turned wifi on and off and have also connected to a different wifi and uninstaled and reinstalled the game but still it is stating "network unavailable" however it will download 3-5 with no problems, but that's no good when I can't play 2. Please can you sort this out and reply, thanks.

    Thank you all for providing the extra information that my previous suggestions in fact did not resolve the issue. I have passed the info along to the team for further investigation. I will make sure to update this thread about the issue with Season Two when I have any info to provide.

    Update: We believe that the issue with Episode 2 is now resolved, and you should now be able to successfully download the episode. Please make sure that you have fully closed the game application, and that you are connected to a WiFi network. Then restart the game, and the game should update internally and allow you to begin downloading Episode 2.
