Black screen after downloading ep 3?

When the third episode came out I downloaded it on the same day, but I didn't have time to play it until today, I'm not sure if the app was updated in the meantime. The thing is that now that I've opened the game, the music starts, and although there is only a black screen I can hear that the menu seems to work.
I have an Asus Transformer Prime TF201
The game has worked fine all this time, I don't understand now why it doesn't. I have tried restarting the app and cleaning junk with CM Clean Master but to no avail. I have in the meantime rooted the device, but didn't make any real modifications, it was just for curiosity, and then I unrooted it back. I thought maybe reinstalling the app might help, but I would rather not lose all my saved games and have to reinstall all the episodes again.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)

    I have tried all the above solutions, and have even gone as far as factory reseting my device, in case it had been something I Installed/uninstalled, however nothing has fixed the problem, at which point I can only imagine the problem has been caused by a recent update. Please try to look into it as I would like to continue playing the series.

  • Aft er following the procedure and factory resetting my device, I tried downloading the game again, it was a gigabyte download but when I tried to open it I had the same problem I described before. Music without video, when i press on the black screen I can hear the menu is active. Nothing more. Maybe it was the update?

Can you please clarify if you purchased the episodes individually, or did you purchase the Season Pass from the Google Play Store?
