"Network Unavailable"

Hello i bought the tdw season 2 ep 2-5 and i already download the ep 2,3,4 but when im trying to download the ep 5 it say network unavailable

Can u pls help me i realy like this game

    I apologize for any difficulties this has caused, and for the delayed response. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download Episode 5 on your iOS device. If you still experience the issue, you can also try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if you are able to receive a stronger connection with our servers to download the episode successfully.

    I am experiencing the same problems on IPad 2 on season 2 episode 2. All the other episodes I have just bought from the UK apple store download except episode 2, where it says it cannot download because "network is unavailable". I have followed these recommendations to no avail and have also deleted and restarted the entire app twice with no changes. Only episode 2 does not download. Can you please help me. Thanks.

    My apologies, can you please clarify if you have also tried connecting to a different WiFi network to see if you are able to receive a stronger connection with our servers to download the episode successfully?

  • I am having the exact same issue. All other episodes are downloadable except episode 2, so I don't see what difference another wifi network will do. Help please. I am using an iPad Air 2. No other apps open. I have done everything you have suggested.

    My apologies, we have received multiple reports from iOS players experiencing an issue downloading the episode, and I have passed the information along to the team for further investigation.

    Update: We believe that the issue with Episode 2 is now resolved, and you should now be able to successfully download the episode. Please make sure that you have fully closed the game application, and that you are connected to a WiFi network. Then restart the game, and the game should update internally and allow you to begin downloading Episode 2.
