Dell Venue 7 (3740) video problems

Installed the first episode from the amazon app store, and it looks like I should meet the system requirements, but the video is all crazy. On the main menu, the colors are all bright purple/blue/green on the figures in the background (though the menu overlay looks normal). I'm guessing this may just not work with my tablet?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)

    If you still experience the same issue after attempting the above solutions, could you please take a screenshot of the issue you are seeing, and upload the screenshot to a file hosting website, then copy and paste the download link to the file in a reply to this thread? I will then be able to download the screenshot and pass it along to the team.

    I did just get a firmware update, but neither that, nor deleting data, nor deleting it and reinstalling it seems to have worked. Here's my main screen:

    It's basically the same if I launch the game.

    Unfortunately that looks as if the GPU on your particular device may not meet the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. I will make sure to pass it along to the team for further investigation, but unfortunately at this time, I would have to recommend try using a different device to play the game if you have the option, or contacting Amazon Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests for the game.
